Robert and Jennifer Archer started the business in October 1997 and 20 years on Archers Underground Services Pty Ltd has grown to employ more than 25 staff and have a fleet of Hydro Vacuum Excavation trucks and Service Location vehicles.

Principal Directors
Founded what today is known as Archers Underground Services Pty Ltd in 1997 after a long career with Telstra. Robert has extensive experience in service locating and has expanded the business to include vacuum excavation and recently included GPR and CCTV services.
Matt Johns
General Manager
Joined the company in 2012 after spending many years with the CFA managing maintenance of assets in Gippsland Victoria. As general Manager Matt has grown and developed the business to include new technologies to ensure Archers Underground Services Pty Ltd remains the leader in their field.
Mellissa Batchelor
Administration Supervisor
Brings many years of experience in managing accounts and HR functions of the business. Mel manages a small team who are responsible for the administration functions at Archers Underground Services Pty Ltd.
Stuart Cockerill
Works Supervisor
Stuart brings to the company a wide and diverse range of backgrounds which includes previous O H & S projects, management skills, civil construction works, excavations and frontline management and attributes.
As works supervisor Stuart manages day to day running of field service crews and is available to contact for scheduling.
